The job
As HR Payroll and Admin Specialist you will be coordinating payrolls with outside payroll offices and answer payroll related questions from employees or other departments. You will be assigned for one future-oriented, long-lasting, and eminent IT corporation client. Your daily tasks include:
- Taking part in HR related administration processes
- Manage or take part in onboarding and offboarding of employees, reports, HR analytics etc.
- Prepare severance calculations and implement in payroll
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write English and French fluently (at least B2).
- It's a big advantage if you also speak German fluently (at least B2)
🎓 Experience in administrative, HR processes and payroll.
💻 You have a basic level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Ability to solve problems efficiently, and experience in providing effective assistance to employees.
🥇 You have strong communication and decision-making skills, and you can communicate concisely.
