The job
In the Quality Assurance (QA) position you are responsible for ensuring that all interactions with customers follow rules, guidelines and business goals. Your daily tasks will include:
- Identify common customer issues
- Improve customer experience
- Create a golden standard for the agents to follow during communication processes with customers
- Spot the main issues and communicate them to the team trainers and managers in order to conduct well-prepared training sessions for the customer support agentsssful team
- Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Norwegian and English fluently (C1).
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
💪🏻 You have a desire to learn as well as teach. You possess a lot of patience and empathy.
🥇 Strong communication skills and you have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
