The job:

This job position is a non-voice customer support role. This means you will take care of back office data labeling. Your daily tasks will include labeling of relevance of query for ads shown on the client website.

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus, but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
