The job:
In the role as Customer Service Advisor your focus will be on inbound calls and chat with the aim to service retail and eCommerce customers on behalf of the company.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries
- Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems
- Always focus on providing good customer experiences in every customer contact - including a focus on continuous improvement of our customer satisfaction
- Follow the processes and procedures created for the project
- Opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email in the future
- Work together as a group and achieve set goals
Your qualifications:
💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer service or care is an advantage.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
