On the Greek Island of Samos lies a pretty little village, Kokkari, out to the mediterranean sea. Every summer Kokkari is vibrant with tourists, especially Dutch-speaking tourists. 
This cute little village is where the lounge bar/cafe and the restaurant are located, here two amazing young local people have taken over the legacy of an old family business. They are now looking for more staff to join in the summer of 2023.

About the work:

You will be a part of a young team, where that highly value strong relationships and do a lot of fun activities together and sometimes get a drink after work. You will be a part off their team for the whole summer period (may/june until mid October) and with the chance to get hired again for the summer 2024. 
You will be working 6 days a week, from either 10am-6pm, 4pm-01am or 5pm-01am at either their restaurant or the new cafe they are opening this summer for it's first season. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders for food and beverages
• Collect payments from customers and process transactions accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Support the planning of larger groups of guests 

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant and as a host is a plus but not necessary
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Available to work from May to October
