What you will be doing:

We help people, one caring interaction at a time. Supportive and loving leadership empowers our team members to develop fulfilling careers while serving international brands and customers in today’s most exciting industries. You will work on behalf of our clients who are brands in aviation, digital banking, gaming, online retail, the telecommunication industry, etc... Depending on clients’ needs and skills, you will work on diverse projects as we provide commercial and technical support.

Key Responsibility:

• Answer players' phone calls and emails related to their console/network inquiries, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Passionate about customer service
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but not a requirement
