Key Responsibility:

• Support the after-sales process and every step related to it (i.e. online orders, refunds...)
• Manage complaints and escalate when needed; answer customer requests and doubts
• Ensure suggestive selling is carried out if there is openness on the part of the customer (cross-selling)

Required Qualifications

• Preferably have experience in customer support
• Native French speaker and fluent in English (At least B2)
• High school diploma required
