Key Responsibility:
- Support the after-sales process and every step related to it (i.e. online orders, refunds...)
- Manage complaints and escalate when needed; answer customer requests and doubts
- Ensure suggestive selling is carried out if there is openness on the part of the customer (cross-selling)
Required Qualifications
- Preferably have experience in customer support
- Native French speaker and fluent in English (At least B2)
- High school diploma required
