Key Responsibility:
- Help the clients with booking, doubts, upgrades, and rescheduling
- Deal with claims (stricks, lateness, cancelation, etc...)
- keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Converse with customer to determine destination, travel dates, financial considerations, and travel packages
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory to have GDS skills (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Multitasking ability (resilience & adaptability) and problem-solving skills
- Native French speaker
- High school diploma required
