Do you have experience in Customer Support, and are you good at managing many tasks? We are looking for a Polish/norwegian speaker to join our international team in Poznan :)

Your profile:

  • A C2, native Polish spoken level
  • A C2, native Norwegian spoken level
  • A B2 English written level
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role (optimal)
  • 1 year as a Team Leader with QA elements (nice to have)
  • A good internet connection and a functional computer/laptop (for the duration of remote setup)
  • Willingness to work onsite once operations are back to normal

Your day at the job:

  • You will perform all the tasks assigned/appointed by the superiors
  • You will be responsible for the permanent and systematic development of the processes in which he is involved
  • You will identify records and inform the hierarchical superiors about the possible non-conformities of quality and their causes
